The first Renal & Hepatic Network                     The Network has conducted over 620 Renal and Hepatic protocols                                 Established in 2000

Renal and Hepatic Subjects                                   End Stage Renal Disease Subjects
Mild Moderate and Severe                                                          PD and HD

The U.S. Renal Network provides sponsors access to the largest database of Renal and Hepatic  patients (mild, moderate and severe), in conducting Phase I-II clinical trials.  The U.S. Renal Network trial sites have experience and knowledge with specialty populations in conducting these types of studies.   We understand Cockcroft Gault and MDRD as it relates to the 1998 FDA Guidelines for Renal studies and the 2010 proposed FDA Guidelines for Renal studies to make your study successful.   We presented at ASN in 2010 data on renal subjects enrolled in the network and our findings as it relates to eGFR with C.G. and MDRD ( Click here to view the  abstract ).   As a network we offer sponsors rapid start up with regulatory documents and legal agreements (less than 21 days) and enroll subjects rapidly, less than half to one-third of the time of  single site, delivering quality data in an advantageous timeframe.

The U.S. Renal Network's success has been achieved by working together for over 10 years.  Each site has clinical staff that is knowledgeable and experienced in recruiting and enrolling specialty population subjects.  We have successfully completed hundreds of Renal and Hepatic studies.  The Network is collaborative and competitive, working together to coordinate enrollment of subjects and their matches between all sites, to assure the study timelines are met.
